Our Dental Restoration Products

Shaunn’s Dental Lab proudly offers the following restorative dental products.

Empress

Dentists and their patients have been choosing IPS Empress for more than 20 years because of its numerous advantages: high translucency, natural esthetics, excellent margin adaptation and wear-compatibility. For single-tooth restorations and inlays/onlays, Empress is an ideal material because of the way it hides the difference between the natural tooth and the restorative materials, giving patients a beautiful final result.

Shaunn’s Dental Lab offers:

  • Empress Crown (Lucite-reinforced Glass Ceramic or Lithium Dislicat)

  • Empress Inlay (Lucite-reinforced Glass Ceramic or Lithium Dislicat)

Veneers

Ceramic veneers and Empress veneers are ideal for patients who want to enhance the appearance of their teeth. They offer a beautiful look, a great fit and natural strength, which dentists and patients can both appreciate.

Shaunn’s Dental Lab offers:

  • Imagine Veneers (Lucite-reinforced Glass Ceramic)

Porcelain Fused to Metal

PFM is a great option for dentists and patients looking for a restoration that combines durability with a natural look; the underlying coping provides the performance of a natural tooth while the ceramic coating offers a natural esthetic. PFM can be used for single and posterior single-unit crowns and bridges, as well as crowns and bridges in combination with cast partials.

Shaunn’s Dental Lab offers:

  • PFM High Noble (Au/73.8%, Pt/8.5%, Pd/5.4%, Ag/9%)

  • PFM Noble (Au/6%, Pd/75%, Ag/6.5%)

  • PFM Base Alloy

  • PFM High Noble Bio-2000 (Crowns only)

All-Metal

Dentists have long chosen Gold for dental restorations due to it’s longevity and it’s functional success. The material is non-corrosive and hypoallergenic, and is the most non-toxic, biocompatible metal used in dentistry. Generally speaking, less tooth structure is removed when preparing for Gold, leaving the tooth stronger and healthier.

Shaunn’s Dental Lab offers:

  • Full Cast High Noble/Noble

  • Cast Inlay/Onlay

  • Cast Post and Core

Metal-Free

Metal-free zirconia restorations provide premium structural strength in addition to an esthetic advantage over all-metal options. Metal-free products have an added benefit of biocompatibility, as well.

Shaunn’s Dental Lab offers:

  • New Foundation Units (Yttrium Zirconia) Ceramic Layered

  • Monolithic zirconia

  • E.Max Layered (Lithium Disilicate)

  • Monolithic E.Max

Implants

Dentists are rapidly choosing implant restorations as the standard of care for edentulous or partially edentulous patients. Implant-based restorations offer excellent stability and function with an appearance that seems natural.

Shaunn’s Dental Lab offers:

  • Patient-Specific Custom-Precision Milled Titanium Abutment

  • Patient-Specific Custom-Precision Milled Gold Hue Abutment

  • Patient-Specific Custom-Precision Milled Stock Abutment

  • Surgical Placement Stent

Removables

For your patients that are partially or fully edentulous, we have a full range of restorative options. Our use of the Ivo-CapTM system for acrylic injection and processing under continual pressure ensures the most accurate fit and density of material. Quality denture teeth available at various price points deliver economic flexibility. Precision cast partials, Dura-FlexTM partials, as well as attachments and overdentures complete the offerings.

Shaunn’s Dental Lab offers:

  • Full Dentures

  • Dura-FlexTM Partial Dentures

  • Cast and Acrylic Partials and Dentures

  • Overdentures

  • Precisions Attachments

Implant Supported/Retained Prostheses

Commonly referred to as “all on four,” full arch restorations provide the edentulous patient with a stable and naturally-functioning prosthesis. These can be fabricated as a screw-retained hybrid with denture teeth or mill ceramic teeth. ConusTM is a patient-removable option that is still implant-supported and friction fit retained.

Shaunn’s Dental Lab offers:

  • Screw-Retained Hybrid

  • ConusTM Supported Hybrid
